Open Gyms
Starting next Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 6:00pm-8:00pm, we will start holding our open gyms for JV and Varsity players! We are excited to get the girls in the gym and get a jump start on the season.

Summer Workouts
Coach Sullivan has done an incredible job coming up with a summer workout plan. We are looking into getting space in the fitness center at the high school as well as utilizing the track during the summer. When we have finalized details, Coach Sayler will send them out.
